ACCOMPLISHMENTS
*Won every grand championship : NCKA, NBL, and NASKA circuit. Represented the USA in world championships in Germany and Ireland. Won 2 Gold Medals in traditional forms, silver medal in open hand forms, and bronze medal in kama weapon open forms. The only competitor in MN to win a total of 2 Diamond Nationals rings -1996 and 1998. Sensei Wancket was inducted in the Diamond Nationals “Hall of Fame” in 2001. Only female to win 2 Adult Warrior Cups at the AKA Grand Nationals - 1995 and 1997. *Named 2007 AKA Grand Nationals Hall of Fame Inductee. This makes her the first female to be inducted in the AKA Grand Nationals Hall Of Fame. Named overall top competitor in NASKA 1995-1998. In 1995, 1996, and 1997 was a world champion in forms in the North American Sport karate Association. Also won a world title in weapons and was named overall top female competitor in the country in 1997. Stunt double for Jaime Pressly (Mika) in one of the longest fight scenes ever on the T.V. show “Mortal Kombat: Conquest”. Honored and commended in High School for her achievement as an elite athlete, (top 1%), with consideration for athletic scholorship by American High School Athlete. Awarded Ph. D. in the oriental discipline of Zen Chaun from the College of Yudansha. Awarded by the American Karate Association. Received the “Community Service Award” in 2000 from Park Nicollet Medical Clinic in recognition of her work at Wancket’s Art of karate teaching karate to children with ADD. Wancket’s Art of karate school’s program was named “Minnesota Sport of the Year” by Minnesota Sports 1995. |

Award Sensei was awarded in 2000 by Park Nicollet Clinic a “Community Service Award” in recognition of outstanding service to the community for her work teaching karate to children with attention deficit disorder. Media Exposure Sensei Wancket's school has been featured in numerous articles in newspapers, newscasts, Black Belt Magazine, and Martial Arts Training Magazine. |

Congratulations Sensei Wancket-Yue on the honor of being the 2007 Warrior Cup Hall of Fame Inductee at the 42nd annual AKA Grand Nationals in Chicago Sensei Wancket-Yue is the first female competitor to ever be inducted to the Warrior Cup Hall of Fame. During her competiton years she was also the only adult female competitor to win the Warrior Cup twice. |
